Chocolate producing line Details  

The solid state cocoa fat melts to the liquid state cocoa fat in the melting cylinder. The hard sugar is smashed to powdered sugar by the powder sugar machine. Liquid state cocoa fat, the cocoa, powdered milk, powdered sugar and additives are put into the refiner, and after 14 to 16 hours’ refine, they are dumped into heat preserving cylinder. In the heat preserving cylinder, they will experience these processes as follows: dehydration, deodorization, refinement, emulsification, and isotropic. Finally, they are delivered to the coating machine, casting machine, or buffing machine to produce various kinds of chocolate products. If it is the natural cocoa fat, continuous tempering machine is required. The tempering machine should be applied after half an hour’s repeating processes of cooling down, cold, and warming. The pure chocolate, which is produced from the natural cocoa fat tastes really delicious.

 

 

First, series of refiners:

We have various types of refiners such as 20-liter-capacity, 100-liter-capacity, 500-liter-capacity, 1000-liter-capacity, 1500-liter-capacity and so on. Among these, the

20-liter-capacity refiner is used for making sub sample in research labs, the 100-liter-capacity refiner can refine the core material of chocolate cream, and the common corporations use 500-liter-capacity refiners, while big corporations using 1000-liter-capacity and 1500-liter-capacity refiners.

Our company’s refiners have several strongpoints: 1. The rolling fence has a steel shell with iron inside, and can be used for at least 7-8 years; 2. Furring and blades are made by prime steel and can be used for three years; 3. For the convenience of our new and small customers, there is a electric heating equipment at the lower part of tube. Hence, steam, hot water and cold water are all available. The refiner is the core equipment. Its conformation is compact, its operation is simple, its maintenance is convenient. It’s cheap and swift to come to use. The refiner grinds even and under the effect of lecithin, it will dilute and emulsify the chocolate liquor. The whole course is sealed to keep the food in health. The food can maintain natural fragrance with vanillin added.

 

 

Second, series of heat preserving cylinders

Our company has various kinds of heat preservation cylinders, for example, 30-liter-capacity cylinders, 100-liter-capacity cylinders, 500-liter-capacity cylinders, 1500-liter-capacity cylinders, 3000-liter-capacity cylinders, 10000-liter-capacity cylinders, etc. the customers can choose one type suitable for specific product. The heat preservation cylinder is the corollary equipment for the refiner. Every cylinder has an auto temperature control device. The chocolate can’t be used without the five actions including dehydration, deodorization, refinement, emulsification, and is tropic for over 8 hours. The cylinder has another function of storing liquor, which can be delivered into coating or casting machines.

 

 

 

Third, series of coating machines(enrobing line)

Fourth, series of casting machines(automatic moulding line)

 

The filling stuff occupies over 50% in volume. Firstly, pouring out the mixture after filling into the template. Then, pouring core stuff. Third, covering the surface of core stuff with chocolate. At last, the stuff is delivered to cool in the cold air duct. This kind of chocolate is big in volume and weights 40 gram each piece.

Wrapping Machine

Features:

Automatic wrapping machine is for chocolates, parlances and tablets in bunch also for special size and shape products, envelope styles.

This machine can wrap with single or backed aluminum. The special outlet group guarantees the perfect seal of the aluminum, even when using the not particularly plastic type. It can be set up for both random and horizontal outlets and can reach 360 actual wraps per minute depending on the shape of the chocolate and the wrapping material used .Has a color mark tracing system, so the wrapping is more perfect. BM-W360is composed of a stiff structure that can be separated into blocks, by a product feeding belt and by a disc positioning the products in front of the arrival of the packaging paper. The packaging paper comes from two coils, where paper is developed thuds to a particular roller system, and is fed to the meeting point with the product, where other group’s package is, an outlet belt provides for the removal of the finished product. All operating elements are connected to the actuating mechanisms located inside the structure, that are adequately purified and connected each other by means of belts and gears, then connected to the main motor..

 

Technical specification

On this particular wrapping machine a series of holders has been mounted controlled by gears to transfer motion and cams for the movement of the folders. The latter mainly act on the bottom of the product and guarantee a perfect lasting seal to the wrap. The scale can also be reinforced by using a special adhesive-group to be applies on horizontal outlet.

The BM-W360is also provided with a wrapping size, feed belt with electronic product presence control, 4foldcr wrapping equipment, roll-holder, machine stopping device.

 

Aligner for chocolates:

Designed to position and align in one row chocolates of various shapes, receiving them deposited at random on a conveyor belt and conveying them to be wrapping machine(speed:600 pieces/min)The aligner is composed of various conveyors, belts and shaped guides. The first belt on which the articles are deposited operates with alternating movement (inching movement) and it transfers, with each pitch, a certain quality of articles onto the subsequent belt the pitch length and frequency may be adjusted to suit the product. A second motor-powered belt on the last accelerating belt directs the positioned and aligned products toward the connection belt to the wrapping machine.
